Molière

INGREDIENTS:

1 bunch watercress

2 potatoes 2 onions

a pod of cream

Salt, pepper

2 shelves chicken broth

DIRECTOR:

Rinse bunch watercress. Put in a casserole with a little olive oil 2 onions and 2 potatoes peeled and cut into small dice. Sauté a few minutes then add the bunch watercress, 1 liter of water and 2 tablets of chicken broth. Simmer 10 minutes about. Add a little salt and pepper.

Remove 30cl of liquid and mix everything. Add more cooking liquid if the soup seems too thick.

Pour the hot soup around 10cl cream. Serve immediately with croutons adults.
