SQUASH SOUP

It is freezing cold!
Nothing like a good soup for warm ...

INGREDIENTS:

1 large piece of pumpkin
2 shelves
chicken stock 2 large onions 3 bay leaves


olive oil 2 cloves garlic
Salt and pepper grated nutmeg

a pod of cream, of croutons rubbed with garlic

PREPARATION:
In a cast iron pan fry the 2 sliced onions in olive oil. Add the chopped squash, bay leaf, minced garlic, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Fry for 5 minutes. Add 1 liter of water and 2 tablets of chicken broth. Let
cook 1 / 4 of an hour.
Put aside a little cooking liquid.
Remove bay leaves and mix everything.
Add the cooking liquid if the soup is too thick.
Add a little cream to make it more creamy. Serve immediately with croutons rubbed with garlic. can also add grated cheese.
