L a second edition of the event "Overseas Development" was held Saturday, September 4, 2010 at the Pavillon Paul Delouvrier side of the park at La Villette the initiative of Count Cyril the new President of the MEDEF Martinique with the complicity of the Team Fanfant Nathan, co-president of "All Hoops." The Minister for Overseas Penchard Marie-Luce and President of MEDEF Laurence Parisot came close this rich day in front of the site manager: Jacques Martial, renewed for five years in managing the Parc de la Villette. The third edition of Overseas Development is already a greater representation of youth.
